1. Energy Balls with Cocoa and Maca
Ingredients:

1 cup of pitted dates

½ cup of almonds or walnuts

2 tablespoons of raw cocoa

A pinch of fleur de sel
How to do it:

Grind everything in a food processor until it forms a moldable paste.

Form into small balls and store in the refrigerator.

2. Crispy sticks with detox hummus
A light snack, full of flavor and with draining benefits — perfect for mid-morning or mid-afternoon.
Ingredients:
For the toothpicks:

1 medium carrot, cut into sticks

½ cucumber cut into sticks

½ red or yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
For detox hummus:

1 cup of cooked chickpeas

Juice of ½ lemon
-
1 tablespoon of tahini (optional)

1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

½ teaspoon ground cumin
-
3-5 drops of MPL Beauty Detox Drops

Chopped fresh parsley, as needed.

How to do it:
