Preferably, brush your body first thing in the morning, before taking a shower and with dry skin. Always brush yourself with movements from the bottom up, towards the heart.
1 - Start at the feet and work your way up the legs and thighs, using circular movements, front and back.
2 - Then massage the belly in circular movements, stimulating the digestive system, moving to the buttocks and back, in upward movements from the lower back to below the neck.
3 - Then brush your arms, from your hands to your shoulders. Don't forget the armpit area, a super important part of the lymphatic system.
4 - Slide the brush from the neck to the shoulders, on both sides, and then massage the chest.
Take a shower and, at the end, quickly rinse your body with cold water to stimulate blood circulation. Moisturize your skin. Repeat the ritual once a week.
