Granizado Tropical com Hortelã e Gengibre

Tropical Granizado with Mint and Ginger

 

This granizado is one of those easy-to-prepare recipes that tastes great on those summer days. 

 

 

Ingredients:

Serves 6 to 8 people

1 pineapple, peeled and arranged
2 oranges, peeled and cut into pieces
1 cup fresh passion fruit pulp
1 2cm piece (or to taste) of ginger
1 teaspoon of Immunity
4 to 10 mint leaves (to taste)

 

Preparation:

1. Place all the fruit, ginger, Immunity and mint in a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and, if necessary, sweeten to taste with honey or maple syrup.

2. Pour the mixture into a large, shallow plastic container. Cover and freeze. Remove from the fridge every 1 to 2 hours and use a fork to break up the ice. Do this at least 3 times.

To serve, use a fork to scrape the surface to loosen the ice.
the ice and leave a granizado. Serve.
