Cocoa Smoothie Bowl Anti-Stress
A 4-ingredient recipe with the benefit of helping to relieve beings (who doesn't?!) and fatigue.
INGREDIENTS
3 frozen bananas
2 dessert spoons of vegetable proteinENERGY
2 teaspoons of the soluble mix CALM
2 tablespoons of vegetable milk

PREPARATION
Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Beat until you get a creamy mixture. You can add more milk to get the desired consistency.
Turn into a bowl and decorate with fruit if desired.
