INGREDIENTS
3 frozen bananas
2 tablespoons of plant-based protein ENERGY
2 teaspoons of the soluble CALMA mixture
2 tablespoons of plant-based milk
PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until creamy. You can add more milk to achieve your desired consistency.
Turn into a bowl and garnish with fruit if desired.
