Anti-Stress Cocoa Smoothie Bowl

A 4-ingredient recipe with the benefit of helping to alleviate fatigue (who doesn't need that?!) and fatigue.

INGREDIENTS

3 frozen bananas

2 dessert spoons of ENERGY vegetable protein

2 teaspoons of CALMA soluble mixture

2 tablespoons of vegetable milk


PREPARATION

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Beat until you obtain a creamy mixture. You can add more milk to obtain the desired consistency.

Turn into a bowl and decorate with fruit if desired.
