Skin

The broths are very nutritious and easy to absorb. They can be done with all kinds of vegetables, but make sure that we use a kombu algae and shitake mushrooms as a base, not only to taste but also the benefits to the skin - namely collagen, we are looking for.

Makes 2 liters

Ingredients:

10 cups of water or more

4 kombu algae strips*

1 cup of shitake mushrooms

1 peeled and cut onion in half

2 French garlic cut the middle in length

2 Corted Carrots the middle in length

3 crushed garlic cloves

1/2 coriander sauce

1 piece of ginger cut in slices

1 teaspoon of black pepper grains

1 teaspoon of coarse salt

hint of turmeric

Preparation:

In a large pan, put all the ingredients. Add the water. If you do not cover the vegetables, add more water.

Bring to the medium heat, until it boils. Back the heat, cover and let bubble for 40 to 60 minutes. The idea is to get a super tasty and concentrated broth. Add more water if necessary.

Let cool and pass a strainer. You can cut the algae into strips and eat if you wish.

Store in a closed container in the refrigerator for 5 days.

Warm up to drink. You can join a teaspoon of miso to each cup to give extra nutrients (always without boiling - because the boiled miso loses its benefits).

*Tip: The algae Kombu It is super dense nutritionally. Contains folates and vitamin K - that help stimulate production and protect collagen. It also helps with the reduction of pigmentation that can relieve blemishes and dark circles.

It contains zinc a skin nutrient, with anti-inflammatory properties that support those who have acne and rosacea. Enhances the regeneration and repair of the skin. Besides others. So try to include in your daily diet.
