GINGER SHOTS

Everywhere I look there are people with colds, sore throats, etc..

Fruit of the season I know ..but nevertheless if we would help our body to strengthen its natural immunityl believe we can escape among the raindrops ;)

Here's the one recipe you'll need to stay healthy these last few months before spring rolls around.




GINGER SHOTS

makes 8 to 12 shots

1 orange

1 Tangerine

1 lime

1 piece of ginger, peeled (about 5cms)

2 teaspoons of IMMUNITY

QB water


PREPARATION

Cut the orange, tangerine and lime into pieces. Place in the blender.

Stir in the ginger and 2 tablespoons of the mixture.

Cover with plenty of water - the mixture needs to be submerged a good 4 fingers up. Beat.

Strain the mixture through a sieve into a jug. Divide into shot jars or a bottle that can go in the fridge. Drink, the rest store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

* how will you use the peel of the fruit I advise you to use organic fruit, as many of the toxins are rushed into the peel.
