GINGER SHOTS

Everywhere I look there are people with colds, sore throats, etc.

Fruit of the season I know.. but however if we helped our body to strengthen its natural immunity I believe we could escape among the raindrops ;)

Here is the only recipe you will need to stay healthy these last few months before Spring arrives.




GINGER SHOTS

makes 8 to 12 shots

1 orange

1 tangerine

1 lime

1 piece of ginger, peeled (around 5 cm)

2 teaspoons of IMMUNITY

water qb


PREPARATION

Cut the orange, tangerine and lime into pieces. Place in the blender.

Add the ginger and 2 tablespoons of the immunity mixture.

Cover with plenty of water - the mixture must be submerged for a good 4 fingers at the top. Beat.

Pass the mixture through a strainer into a jug. Divide into shot bottles or a bottle that can be stored in the refrigerator. Drink, the rest store in the fridge for up to 4 days.

* As you are going to use the fruit peel, I recommend using organic fruit, as many of the toxins are trapped in the peel.
