We pay close attention to the skin on our face, giving it all the care it deserves and adopting routines to keep it clean, hydrated, and healthy, but do we do the same for our scalp?
We've received countless messages from you with questions about how to care for your scalp, stimulating hair growth and stopping hair loss. It's always worth remembering that strong, shiny, and healthy hair, which makes us proud and happy, literally grows from a healthy scalp. It's also always worth remembering that the scalp ages six times faster than facial skin (yes, you read that right!), so if we don't want brittle and weak hair, we need to take action. In this post, we explain everything, with a very easy, enjoyable, and effective routine for super hair.

A combination of factors
Just like your skin, your hair is a reflection of your lifestyle. Several factors come into play in the health and beauty of your hair, starting with your emotional state and stress. It's no coincidence that during times of increased anxiety, tension, or shortly after an illness, our hair often suffers, becoming duller and lifeless, or experiencing increased hair loss. Other factors, such as diet, exercise, and our overall balance, also influence the health of our hair.
We cannot change anything about our health or beauty if we don't change our attitudes and behaviors. Therefore, the first step is to look at our lives as a whole and see what we need to change. Then, focusing on the scalp and hair, we realize that to have stronger, fuller, shinier hair with texture, we need to combine an inside-out approach (nourishing the follicles, the root of the hair strand, with the nutrients they need) with the application of the right products, and, very importantly, the appropriate beauty tools.
Five steps to beautiful hair
If your hair is more fragile, brittle, dull, and lacking texture, if you notice that your hairline is receding or that hair loss is becoming more pronounced, follow this routine consistently and confidently, and see how everything changes.

1. Nourish your hair from the inside out.
Every day, first thing in the morning, start your routine by nourishing your hair from the inside with our Super Hair Capsules . They are a blend of medicinal plants, vitamins, and minerals specifically formulated to help nourish the hair follicle, giving it everything it needs. Take two capsules daily for 3 months and see the difference. It's a supplement with no contraindications and excellent results, even in cases of postpartum hair loss.
2. Wash your hair more often.
It's true. The myth that washing your hair every day weakens it is just that, a myth. In fact, washing your hair often (every day or at least every other day) is very good for stimulating growth because it prevents clogging of the hair growth channels.
Of course, it's essential to use the right products that don't damage the hair. Natural shampoos and conditioners are ideal because they don't contain abrasive or toxic ingredients that can irritate the scalp, dull the hair, or weaken it. We recommend a double cleansing with our Super Hair shampoo , suitable for all hair types, followed by applying the mpl'beauty conditioner enriched with bergamot and orange blossom oils to the lower part of the hair. Start washing at the nape of the neck, massaging the scalp, then work through the hair and rinse well. You can also wash your hair with your head upside down to reach all areas of your scalp more evenly and deeply.

3. Discover the wonders of the jade comb.
Every morning, use the Jade Comb to perform a daily massage that will help relieve tension and activate scalp circulation, stimulating collagen production. This wide-toothed comb is widely used in traditional Chinese medicine, as is Gua Sha . This massage should be done on dry hair, starting at the neck and nape, then repeatedly moving from the hairline to the nape in circular motions, always applying a good, noticeable pressure. At the top of the head, tap the comb several times to activate circulation. After this massage, your scalp will be more oxygenated, allowing each follicle to breathe, so that a new, strong, shiny, and healthy hair strand can begin to grow. Do this massage every day, and after 9 consecutive days you will begin to feel the difference, with stronger, fuller, and luminous hair.
4. Try the dermaroller.
This is a fundamental tool for stimulating hair growth. The Dermaroller is a roller with titanium microneedles that, through micro-perforation, activate the scalp, stimulating the growth of new hair strands.
The first thing to do when you receive your dermaroller is to disinfect it. Using the dermaroller won't hurt or cause wounds, but it still involves microneedles that will penetrate your skin. Therefore, before the first use, disinfect it by soaking it in alcohol for 15 minutes, and clean it again with alcohol before and after each use.
To perform the massage, roll the dermaroller in a straight line, opening the strands of hair one by one, and then use zigzag movements to create as many microchannels as possible, stimulating collagen production and activating areas of the scalp where there is the potential for a follicle to grow a new hair strand.
The dermaroller can be used every other day, preferably at night. It should be used on dry, clean hair (i.e., we do not recommend massaging a scalp that has not been washed for several days). Therefore, it is ideal to perform the dermaroller massage on the days you wash your hair.
Very important: the microneedles of the dermaroller are very delicate and wear out with use, ceasing to perform their function effectively. Think of your dermaroller like a toothbrush and replace it frequently.

5. Nourish your hair with a good serum.
We've already seen how, mechanically, through massage with a jade comb or dermaroller, we can activate circulation, stimulate collagen production, and awaken "dormant" follicles, helping hair growth. But we can do even more by going to the root of the problem and giving the follicles the nutrients they need. During or immediately after the massage, apply our Super Hair Serum , formulated with specific botanical ingredients to strengthen and hydrate the hair.
The massage combined with the serum is essential: besides being super satisfying and relaxing, it allows for enhanced absorption of the serum's botanical extracts by the hair follicles. Ideally, especially for oilier hair, apply the serum at night and leave it on, washing it thoroughly the next day.
