It's often said that "the dose makes the poison," and this maxim can be applied to sun exposure. While it's true that it's good for our skin, mood, and immune system, it's also true that it's one of the main causes of premature aging.
It's essential to create a protective barrier between your skin and UV radiation every day – and we hope you reinforced that during the summer! And now that the beach days are coming to an end, it's important to boost skin hydration and support its regeneration.
This routine, just 6 steps, will make all the difference in your skin's texture and tan maintenance, as well as preparing your skin for the colder months.

1. START EVERY MORNING WITH…
A facial cleansing routine using a cotton face towel and Jasmine cleansing serum (or Camellia , if you have sensitive skin). Place 3 to 4 drops of the serum on the damp towel or face and gently massage your face and neck. You are not only removing impurities and deeply hydrating your face, but also gently exfoliating your face without harming the skin's microbiome, as can happen with more abrasive cleansing methods.
In the morning, it's also important to support your skin from the inside out with a glass of water containing 4 droppers of Gotas Beleza (Beauty Drops). Rose water and silica remineralize the body and boost hydration, essential for supple, luminous skin, and strong nails and hair. Remember that you spent hours in the sun and that wear and tear needs to be compensated for!
2. Awaken your face with Gua Sha.
Is there anything better than sleeping an extra half hour? We've got it! A facial massage with Gua Sha and your favorite serum to "wake up" your skin. It not only helps reduce puffiness and stimulate circulation, but also enhances serum absorption. When you do this massage consistently, the results are very visible: firmer, plumper, softer, and younger-looking skin. The effect is even more invigorating if you keep the stone in the refrigerator. Massage in upward motions for at least 10 minutes (5 minutes for each side of the face).

3. STAY HYDRATED, ALWAYS!
This is a good time to boost your face and body hydration. If you usually only moisturize your face with serums, it might be a good time to incorporate the Regenera Balm into your routine. This concentrated blend of oils and butters with a thicker texture is perfect for helping the skin retain moisture and create a protective barrier against external aggressors. It has a calming effect (largely thanks to the Blue Tansy oil, which we love!) and is great for soothing irritated skin.
If you need something more practical, we recommend the Puro Sol balm , as it can be used on both face and body. This silky-textured balm transforms even the driest, cracked skin, leaving it soft and nourished. In addition to being highly moisturizing, it contains botanical actives chosen to support skin recovery after sun exposure. You can also use it as an after-sun hair mask and to regenerate chapped lips.
4. EXFOLIATE
Once a week, before bed, exfoliate your body . It's a great way to relax and, by removing dead cells, supports the reconstruction of skin tissue, as well as helping to prolong your tan. It stimulates blood circulation and collagen regeneration, and boosts the lymphatic system, essential for removing toxins from the body – and we know that all this translates into cleaner, softer, and cellulite-free skin. The Desperta and Estimula exfoliants are especially effective in recovering from sun damage, as they are rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C.

5. EXTRA SHINE
Sun exposure can leave skin looking dull and lifeless, so you can and should enhance its radiance. If you prefer oil-based body moisturizers, we recommend Revitaliza , with toning and firming action. It has a wonderful fresh scent and one of its main ingredients is squalane, a compound found in our bodies, the production of which decreases as we age. It is quickly absorbed by the skin and very effective in keeping it firm and luminous. If you prefer (or feel your skin needs) something more intensive, the Balm Hidrata is rich in antioxidants and nourishing butters, capable of improving skin with uneven texture, minimizing stretch marks and cellulite, and preventing signs of aging. 6. DETOX
It's normal to overindulge in the summer. More sugar, more alcohol, more fat, and fewer hours of sleep – all of this can translate to your skin. We can always help the body detoxify from the inside out, and the Detox Blend is perfect for this. This vibrant green powder, being rich in chlorophyll, combines the antioxidant and detoxifying action of different medicinal plants and adaptogens. It boosts the body's cleansing mechanisms, prevents cell damage, reduces abdominal bloating, and reduces inflammation. Of course, it's not miraculous and still requires a balanced diet and lifestyle, but it's an excellent support, especially when we're getting back into our routine. You can simply drink it with water (ideally before bed), but you can also add 1 teaspoon of the blend to smoothies or other recipes.
