Matcha Lime Mousse Recipe

Another recipe for your summer repertoire!

Full of beneficial ingredients (those that help to keep our skin softer and our metabolism more functional) and medicinal plants rich in antioxidants for supple and radiant skin . This recipe is delicious and full of benefits for the body and mind.

Try it!

Ingredients:

Serves 4 to 6

  • 2 cups of soaked cashews

  • 2 ripe but firm avocados

  • 1/2 cup sweetener to taste (I like to use honey or maple syrup)

  • 1 lime (juice and zest)

  • 1/4 cup coconut cream (the top part when you open the can of coconut milk)

  • 1 teaspoon of matcha

  • 1 teaspoon of FOCUS

  • 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger

  • 1 pinch of fleur de sel

  • 1/4 cup melted cocoa butter or coconut oil

Preparation:


1. Place all ingredients, except the cocoa butter, in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add the cocoa butter and blend again.

2. Divide into small cups and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firmer. Sprinkle with more lime zest before serving.
