The theory of epigenetics interests me a lot and I like to better understand how everything is connected.

What do you still need to create? Every day I think of something new to create.
How to maintain creativity Not being afraid to make mistakes. Experiment. Finding out, even if it is no longer the first time because it's always different, not calling what others think, instead of practicing perfection practicing authenticity. Go away from what is from those who do not make us feel aligned with ourselves, get closer and nourish links with those who make us. Practicing and learning Growth Mindset tools and knowing that "always has been" is the most dangerous phrase of humanity. Be a Cycle Breaker. Meditate on how to make sense to you. Read and listen to other different ideas, other perspectives that show us other solutions and tools of life and creativity. Be flexible, curious.

First thing to do when you wake up Take a deep breath. Feel your heart beat by hand on your chest. Meditate. To smile. Move the body. Think of 5 things I like about me and my life. Because there are always.
How to relax at the end of the day: At home I call my children to say that I am coming. I hear a podcast or audio book I have on my Wishlist waiting. At home, I make laughter from my family. I have 4 teenagers and the best time to get closer toThey (and where your brain is receptive) is late afternoon and at night so I try to get moments of connection with kitchen, music. Where they are on this day and make room for potential conversations, not in my way but in their way, not to speak but to hear them. To relax for me is to be with my husband and children, to exercise and move the body. Being at home is the maximum relaxation :) I do so in the projects of Viterbo Interior Design and my life as well. Getting home should be for anyone, always, reach ourselves. Otherwise we feel that we should stop and try to realize why. Nothing changes if nothing changes.

Nourish
Your ideal diet is… balanced. I like to feel that what I'm eating brings me life and does not take me. I choose with it in mind.
What do you always have in the fridge: blueberries, fridge and freezer because I love frozen blueberries :)
SAVING RECIPE: Fresh pesto made at home. In our house we do not have dinner the same thing almost never, there are very different tastes and all my children cook from well New, they are demanding with recipes but it is normal because we are and we like creative and different things, there is no reason to force everyone to eat the same thing ... But fresh pesto we liked all and already saved some dinners :)
Favorite drink: My husband's Ice Latte every morning !!
