ANTI-FATIGUE FUDGE

Here is a useful and delicious recipe! This delicious-tasting brownie fudge helps fight fatigue.
True! A dessert with super powers. It not only brings us more energy but also helps melt stress, anxiety and tension. And did I mention that it helps to satisfy hunger?!

Serves 6


2 tablespoons butter PROTEIN ENERGY
2 dessert spoons of CALM
1/2 cup almond butter (favorite)
2 dessert spoons of honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup almonds, chopped-optional



Line a small mold with parchment paper. Book.

In a medium bowl combine the protein ENERGY with the mixture CALM. Stir in almond butter and honey or maple syrup. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained. If it is too dry, add more almond butter.

Turn the mixture into the prepared form. Level with your hands or the back of a spoon. Sprinkle with chopped almonds. Place in the refrigerator to firm up.

Cut into pieces and taste.
