How to get a good night's sleep

Resting is really very important, but it's not always easy to maintain this balance, because we are restless, worried, with lots of tasks and a thousand thoughts in our mind and we can't switch off (the story of my life). Sometimes we even lie down, tossing and turning in bed without knowing how to calm our mind and relax our body…

When we don't sleep and this state of alert becomes recurrent, we soon feel our body weaker, more tense and tired, our immune system becomes weakened and this is reflected in our skin. Sleeping well means that we reinforce our immunity and is like a reset button . During sleep, our body detoxifies, balances hormones, stabilizes blood pressure, strengthens immunity and releases dead and damaged cells. Our body will become more resilient and allow us to better deal with daily stress.

I think it's really important to be able to work on our emotions, to take care of ourselves (from the inside to the outside), so I wanted to share with you some “tricks” to help you rest better and with more quality:

A CUP OF CALM AT THE END OF THE DAY OR AFTER DINNER

SELF-CARE BEFORE BED
