Rest is truly very important, but it's not always easy to maintain that balance because we're restless, worried, with immense tasks and a thousand thoughts in our minds, and we can't switch off (the story of my life). Sometimes, even when we're already lying down, tossing and turning in bed, we don't know how to calm our minds and relax our bodies…
When we don't sleep and this state of alertness becomes recurrent, we soon feel our bodies weaker, more tense and tired, our immune system becomes weakened and this is reflected in our skin. Sleeping well means that we strengthen our immunity and it's like a reset button . During sleep, our body detoxifies, balances hormones, stabilizes blood pressure, strengthens immunity and releases dead and damaged cells. Our body will become more resilient and allow us to better cope with daily stress.
I think it's really important that we are able to work on our emotions, to take care of ourselves (from the inside out), so I wanted to share some "tricks" with you to help you rest better and with higher quality:

A cup of calm at the end of the day or after dinner.

SELF-CARE BEFORE BED
