Ingredients:

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a food processor and chop until you obtain a thick, caramel-like dough texture (3 to 5 minutes).
If it's too dry, add more cashew butter.
If it's too moist, add more almond flour.
Adjust the sweetness with more dates, or the creaminess with more butter.

Form small balls using portions of about 1 tablespoon.

Roll in more SLEEP cocoa powder and refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes.
