Relaxing Balls to Reduce Cortisol

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup of gluten-free, organic rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond or cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of Golden Latte Immunity mix
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional for decoration)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 1–2 tablespoons of coconut oil (if needed, for consistency)

Preparation :

  1. Mix the oats, almond butter, honey, Golden Latte mix , cinnamon, and salt until well combined (it will be a sticky dough, don't worry).
  2. Form small balls with the dough.
  3. If desired, roll the balls in shredded coconut to add texture.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
