Ingredients :
- 1 cup of gluten-free, organic rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond or cashew butter
- 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of Golden Latte Immunity mix
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional for decoration)
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- A pinch of sea salt
- 1–2 tablespoons of coconut oil (if needed, for consistency)
Preparation :
- Mix the oats, almond butter, honey, Golden Latte mix , cinnamon, and salt until well combined (it will be a sticky dough, don't worry).
- Form small balls with the dough.
- If desired, roll the balls in shredded coconut to add texture.
