Ingredients

1 and 1/2 cups of olive oil almond flour

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup of olive oil tahini

1/4 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil

1/4 cup of olive oil maple syrup

1 a pinch of vanilla powder or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

50g of chocolate chips

 

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine the tahini, peanut butter, melted butter, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix well.

Combine the almond flour and rolled oats well. Add the chocolate chips and fold in .

Form balls using a small ice cream scoop and place them in the prepared mold . Flatten and Using the palm of your hand or the base of a glass, shape them into discs.

Bake for 10 minutes or until they begin to brown.
