When we are 20, we feel invincible. That obviously the rules do not apply to us!
When we arrived at 30, we looked back and there are some advice that we would like to have heard. Therefore, due to the experience, we share here some of the most basic advice when it comes to skin care, hoping that others can learn from our follies.
1º Always remove makeup before bedtime - The first beauty advice we would give the younger ones: being able to sleep makeup and yet having beautiful skin is not something to be proud of! Because sooner or later it is something that will come back to torment us. Sleeping makeup makes your skin age faster.
