Shake Glow-Up

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of spinach
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 banana
4-5 mint leaves
1 inch of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
1 cup of coconut water
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Juice of 1 lime


INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink and feel brighter (and healthier!).
