I really enjoyed the workshop as the recipes. Increasingly in health if it gives great importance to the intestine, so come many diseases such as cancer so it is critical to realize how to maintain a healthy bowel and operate. Thank you Mafalda!

I did this workshop about 2 years ago and it was in it that I learned to do kombucha (which I have since been;)) and fermented vegetables. I would say it is essential for a healthy diet. Mafalda was undoubtedly a pioneer in these things and is to be congratulated !!! It is always a pleasure to learn from it.

It did not dominate information on probiotics and fermented foods. I will try to put some suggestions into practice. It would be good to be made available an ebook for consultation.
