Preparing the whisk -Place the bamboo whisk in warm (not boiling) water to soften the tips.
Measure- Sift1 bamboo spoon (about 3 g)From matcha to bowl.
To knockAdd40 ml of water at 70 to 80 °C.
Whisk with a bamboo whisk in a "W" motion until well dissolved.
To drink- For a hot latte: add240 ml of warm milkand mix.
CLEANING
BowlWash with warm water and mild soap. Avoid machine washing.
BeaterRinse with water and let dry on the stand. Do not use soap.
To harvestClean with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
