The best brownies ever!

I've always been looking for the best brownie recipe and this was the best I've found so far! If you like brownies as much as I have to try this recipe. If you don't appreciate Tahini, no problem just omit.


  •  1 cup of salt without salt
  • 200gr of cooking chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 200gr of sugar 
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla (essence or powder)
  • 1 cup of mirror flour
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa
  • 4 tablespoons of tahini 


  1. Heat the oven at 160c. Line a square pan with parchment paper. Reserve.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath. When melted remove from heat and let it reach room temperature.
  3. ‘In a medium bowl delicately beat eggs and sugar, do not beat too much so as not to incorporate too much air.
  4. Add the melted chocolate into the egg mixture along with the vanilla. Incorporate.
  5. Sift the flour and cocoa over and mix and incorporate gently. Turn the dough into the prepared form. Laying Tahini's spoonfuls over a way to create the idea of ​​marbled. Bake for 25 min. Brownies must still be soft in the center. Let cool in shape before cutting into squares.
