With the arrival of spring also comes the seasonal allergies, which can be very uncomfortable and so I wanted to share a beat full of optimal ingredients to help this time of year.
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 cup of sliced carrot
1 cup of mango to pieces, frozen
1 tablespoon of the soluble mixture IMMUNITY
1 ginger piece, qb
2 cups of vegetable milk or water
PREPARATION
Place all ingredients inside a blender glass.
Beat until you get a creamy mixture, add more milk or water to get the desired consistency.
Serve and drink.
*Tip: The soluble mixture immunity helps with seasonal allergies, inflammation, mood and immunity.
