Passionate about life and the beauty of simple things, I am driven by nature, authenticity, and a certain ethical disobedience—the kind that invites freedom. I don't like being in places where everyone seems the same and contains their own unique expression. I always prefer what is real, even if uncomfortable. I am very curious about everything and I like diversity and the possibility of exploring the new. I don't believe in right and wrong.

I am a transpersonal therapist , mentor for transformative journeys, and guide for profound awakening processes. I created the "Path to the Center" method, a path that leads us to our purest essence, and I dedicate myself body and soul to Journey , my project of adventure, connection, and personal development. I like to have fun and look on the bright side of things. I like to accept what life brings me, without making a fuss; I've realized that life knows what it's doing. I like dogs. Animals in general... but birds and butterflies... and trees, I like to live. And I like to help others, to make them believe that everything they dream of can be real. I like to be at the service of my vision. I believe that we all have a mission to leave this world better than we found it, in some way. I am committed and dedicated. True, loyal, and with very strong values, sometimes they say too strong! But I haven't done badly with this choice yet.

Zodiac sign: Cancer, rising in Aquarius, moon in Virgo, Venus in Taurus.

Season: All of them. I'm also one for change and transformation. I enjoy rain on my face as much as sunshine on my body.

One color: Pine green.

One book: The Road Less Traveled , by M. Scott Peck.

A movie: Into the Wild or Perfect Days . I like true stories, documentaries, and series that explore the human mind.

A song: I can't live without music. I have many favorites, from various different genres. But I'd like to share two sung poems that have marked my life: "O Lume" and "Balançar ," by Mafalda Veiga.

A podcast: We Are Infinite , by Noor Palma.

An object: A candle .

My favorite place in the world: The arms of the one I love.

TO CREATE

Who and what inspires you? Authentic people, contact with nature, and real stories of overcoming challenges.

What else do you need to create? A book, a school for human development, and ways to make these paths and tools accessible to everyone.

How to maintain creativity? By living real life, diving into the adventure of the unknown, taking care of myself, and being close to authentic people who inspire me.


TO LIVE

First thing to do when you wake up: Drink water and breathe fresh air by the window. Then stretch your body.

How to relax at the end of the day: Go see the sea, take a walk, or have a good, deep conversation, away from cell phones.

A place to switch off: Anywhere in nature.

Favorite physical exercise: I love movement! Soccer makes me lose track of time. At the gym, I enjoy strength training, especially challenges like pull-ups or abdominal planks. The important thing is to vary; I don't like doing the same thing all the time.

How do I relieve stress? Dancing, singing, playing instruments, or listening to music. I also tend to cry a lot. It helps! Or laugh!

A woman who inspires you: I have several. I grew up with five incredible women at home (my mother and sisters), and life led me to meet another one, to whom I am engaged, who is also a force of nature. These are the women who changed my world. As for women who changed our world: Audre Lorde . Because she reminds me that caring is a revolutionary act and that living our truth, even when it's uncomfortable, is a service to the world. Two of her quotes that inspire me:

"When I am able to be powerful – to use my strength in service of my vision – then it becomes less and less important when I am ill."

"It is not our differences that divide us. It is our inability to recognize, accept, and celebrate those differences."

NOURISH

Your ideal diet is... Balanced, natural, intuitive, and close to the earth. I eat everything. The important thing is to feel and respect what your body asks for, with the necessary awareness and discipline.

What you should always have in the refrigerator: Eggs, broccoli, blueberries, rice milk, and fresh water.

Dinner-saving recipe: A rich and flavorful salad: lettuce, tomato, chickpeas, boiled egg, apple, basil, feta cheese, corn, tuna, watermelon, avocado... The secret is in the seasonings: coarse salt, basil oil, balsamic vinegar, flaxseed, chia and pumpkin.

Favorite drinks: Fresh water, natural green juices, and my morning protein shake .

Favorite snack: Fruit with dried fruit. Or boiled eggs.

Favorite restaurant: One with a sea view.

Favorite cookbook: Plenty , by Yotam Ottolenghi.

Beauty icon: My mother.

An essential piece of clothing: My travel bag always includes sneakers and a linen shirt :)

What's always in her beauty routine: Face and body scrub , eye serum . And also: calming cream , matcha , and plant-based protein.

Favorite MPL'beauty product: This one isn't easy! The Hydrate one is special to me, but the Calm one also works wonders.

How do you feel most beautiful? When I am aligned with myself and take care of myself.
