Ingredients:
1 cup of Sago
400ml of coconut milk
1 cinnamon stick
Lemon zest to taste
Agave to taste
2 passion fruits
1 tbsp of Creativity Protein
For decoration: blueberries and edible flowers to taste.
Preparation:
Soak the tapioca pearls first.
Boil coconut milk with a cinnamon stick and lemon peel.
Add the soaked tapioca pearls and cook for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the pearls are translucent and soft. Add a drizzle of agave syrup and stir.
In a bowl, combine the passion fruit pulp with the Creativity Protein . If necessary, add a splash of water to achieve the desired texture.
Serve the sago with the prepared mixture and finish with blueberries and edible flowers to taste.
