Relaxing balls to reduce cortisol

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oat flakes without gluten and biological
  • 1/2 cup of almond or cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or atcer syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of the mixture Golden Latte Immunity
  • 1/4 Greeted Coconut cup (optional to decorate)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • A hint of sea salt
  • 1–2 tablespoons of coconut oil (if necessary, for consistency)

Preparation:

  1. Mix the oats, almond butter, honey, Mix Golden Latte, cinnamon and salt even well mixed (it will have a sticky pasta, don't worry).
  2. Form small balls with dough.
  3. If desired, pass the balls in the grated coconut to add texture.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until hard.
