Porteico Chia Pudding

A delicious snack or dessert with real benefits for the skin and hormonal balance.

  • INGREDIENTS •

(serves 2)
– 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
– 1 cup of plant-based milk
– ½ scoop of Beauty Protein
– 1 teaspoon of Pure Beauty
– 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
– 1 ripe peach, cubed (or other seasonal fruit)

  • METHOD

Mix everything together (except the fruit) in a pitcher and shake well.
Leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
Add the diced peaches on top before leaving home.

Iced Golden Shake

  • INGREDIENTS •
