Heat the milk in a milk jug (if you don't have one, use a small saucepan over medium heat; do not let it boil. Pour it into a blender).
Combine the remaining ingredients and sweetener to taste. Beat until you obtain a creamy mixture with foam on top.
Serve sprinkled with a pinch ofmatcha , if desired. You can also add a teaspoon of raw tahini.
