Focus cookies

If you have a sense of concentration and focus these crackers are perfect for you!

They guarantee more focus and productivity, besides being a delicious snack! This recipe is made with natural ingredients and is the true meaning of eating to activate your mind. 

INGREDIENTS
2 dessert spoon of Protein Creativity 
1 tablespoon of soluble mixture FOCUS
2 cups of flour, can be gluten without
1 teaspoon of yeast 
1 teaspoon of cardamom in powder
½ teaspoon of ginger powder
½ cup of olive oil or melted coconut oil
½ cup almond butter 
¼ cup of sucer syrup 
1 teaspoon vanilla essence 
1/2 cup white chocolate broken in pieces, I used without lactose
Heat the oven at 170 degrees. Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. Reserve.
In a large bowl mix the protein, mix focus, flour, yeast, cardamom and ginger. Mix well.
Add the olive oil, almond butter, syrup and vanilla. Involve well.
Add chocolate into pieces and incorporate gently. Form Balls of the dough, I use a spoonful of ice cream. Find each cracker with the palm if desired. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until they start brown.
