For me, tiramisu is the best dessert of all time. I try to only make it once a year... because I tend to eat everything.
When I saw this viral recipe for Tiramisu pudding with chia seeds, I had to try it... and I can say: thank goodness!! Because it's delicious and decadent...
The result is a chia pudding that truly tastes like tiramisu – but healthier, of course.
Ingredients (for 1–2)
-
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
-
2 teaspoons of Calma , extra for sprinkling on top.
-
½ cup of hojicha coffee (or decaf) also works VERY well.
-
¾ cup of plain Greek yogurt (I've also used vanilla, which is very good too)
-
1–2 tablespoons of maple syrup (or another sweetener of your choice)
-
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Preparation:
-
Add all the ingredients to a Pyrex dish with a lid or a small ramekin with a lid.
-
Put the lid on and shake well until everything is thoroughly mixed.
-
Store in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 4 hours).
-
When ready to serve, sprinkle generously with extra Calma.
