This is one of my favorite cakes. Super cute and delicious! With a delicate flavor to matcha. Perfect for snack or home during the week.
serves 6 to 8
Ingredients
200gr of unsalted butter, melted
2 1/2 cups of flour without yeast
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2 tablespoons Matcha
3 eggs
3/4 cup of yellow sugar
1 1/2 cup of yogurt (I used bio vanilla)
1 teaspoon vanilla (dust or essence)
Prearaction
Heat the oven at 170 c. Line a shape with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl sift the flour, baking soda and matcha. Reserve.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs with sugar. Add yogurt and vanilla, mix until all is well incorporated. Add the melted butter (attention must be at room temperature, if it is too hot it will cook the eggs), mix well.
Turn the egg mixture over the flour, mix only until incorporated. Turn the preparation in the reserved form.
Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked.
Remove from oven and eat then or at room temperature.
