Granola with FOCUS: energy, clarity and concentration

For those who start the day feeling more tired... Starting the day with energy is essential — but there's nothing better than doing it right at breakfast to ensure your memory, concentration, and mental clarity are at their best throughout the day.

This FOCUS Granola recipe is perfect because you can have it in the morning, put it on top of fruit and yogurt during the day, or eat it whenever you're feeling hungrier or tired as a snack.

The magic ingredient in this recipe is the FOCO soluble blend — with Matcha, Lion's Mane, Schisandra, Ashwagandha, Rehmania, and Amla.

Recipe: Granola with FOCO, Ginger & Citrus

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of rolled oats

  • ½ cup of almonds, blanched and chopped

  • ½ cup of pumpkin seeds

  • ¼ cup of sunflower seeds

  • 2 tablespoons of grated coconut or coconut flakes

  • 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds (add at the end)

  • ½ cup chopped crystallized ginger, optional, but delicious.

  • 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil (or butter, ghee, or olive oil)

  • ¼ cup of honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla seeds (or 2 teaspoons of extract)

  • 1 tablespoon of FOCUS

  • 1 tablespoon of orange zest

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon zest

  • A pinch of sea salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix together in a bowl: oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut, and salt.

  3. In another bowl, combine coconut oil, honey/syrup, vanilla, FOCO , and citrus zest.

  4. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well.

  5. Spread in the baking pan and bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through.

  6. Remove from heat, let cool completely, and only then add the ginger and hemp seeds.
