Inês is a Lisbon native at heart, but she has always had the curious spirit of someone who wants to discover the world. Over the years, she has lived, studied, and/or worked in cities such as Paris, Madrid, Copenhagen, and Barcelona—where she collected experiences, favorite cafes, and different ways of seeing life. She graduated in Marketing and has since dedicated herself to the field of social media, helping brands and small businesses communicate in a more authentic and relatable way.
In 2024, she launched her own brand, Morning Matters , a celebration of specialty coffee and morning routines made with calm, intention, and pleasure. Since then, she has organized events that combine coffee with wellness and creativity—in yoga studios, ceramic workshops, and coffee shops that share the same vision: to make mornings more special.
Passionate about traveling, getting lost in museums, discovering new parks, and exploring beautiful cafes, Inês currently lives in Lisbon with her boyfriend and her dog. She values a relaxed routine, which includes working from home, taking yoga or cycling classes at local studios three times a week, and always searching for the most beautiful places (and with the best coffee) in the city to share with her friends.

TO CREATE
Who and what inspires you? The slow-living movement I've been following on social media – the rural exodus and the romanticization of life in the countryside. It's all a dream, but it inspires me.
What do you still want to create? I've always dreamed of creating a lifestyle brand—something more than just coffee, encompassing everything that makes up my ideal mornings. I want Morning Matters to grow naturally, calmly and intentionally, bringing beautiful and useful things to everyday life. In the future, I'd like to launch a line of natural cosmetics, more drinks designed for morning routines (matcha? golden milk? who knows!), and even a collection of comfortable and stylish clothing, made to accompany calm, creative, and intentional days. Everything in its own time—but always with the same purpose: to make mornings a moment just for us.
How to maintain creativity? Talk to people who are as passionate about life as we are — those who inspire us to take the leap, to do what we want without fear. Go for a walk with the dog in green spaces, without cell phones, without music, just listening to our own thoughts… and let ideas emerge naturally. Explore new hobbies, even those in which we aren't (and don't need to be) amazing right away — like painting, for example — just for the pleasure of creating something with our hands and gaining a new perspective on what we want to do.

TO LIVE
First thing to do upon waking: see the sunlight, drink water, scrape your tongue , brush your teeth , mist your face with roses.
How to relax at the end of the day: make an iced matcha latte and drink it on the balcony watching the sunset with my dog.
A place to unwind: the kynd space - an amazing space with yoga/pilates/barre classes.
Favorite physical exercise: cycling!
How do you relieve stress? Cycling!
A woman who inspires you: AOC - a woman with grit and empathy who fights for people's rights.

NOURISH
Your ideal diet is… balanced (focus on protein, vegetables, good carbohydrates, and a little treat on the side).
What you should always have in your fridge: Alpro yogurts and plant-based drinks.
Dinner-saving recipe: sweet potato, pumpkin, carrot, zucchini and ginger soup
Favorite drink: currently, strawberry matcha with oat milk.
Favorite snack: sweet - chia pudding with granola and fresh fruit / savory - beefsteak tomato with basil and mozzarella and a drizzle of olive oil
Favorite restaurant: Liberty Wall (different dishes with well-balanced flavors, super fresh ingredients and lots of creativity)
Favorite cookbooks: I don't have any.

TO CARE
Beauty icon: Cleo Sol
An essential piece of clothing: a colorful dress that makes us feel beautiful.
What's always in her beauty routine: a delicate pink clay soap, a fresh rose toner , and a good hydrating serum (I like to keep my routine simple).
Favorite MPL'beauty product: PURO SOL or RADIANTE serum (super concentrated, my skin absorbs the serum but never gets oily. Plus, the great scent when you apply it is a whole different experience!)
How do you feel most beautiful? Usually, when I'm a little tanned, and I put on red lipstick, a little eye glitter, and my favorite outfit.
