Healthy chocolate mousse for hormonal balance

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 100g of chocolate, I used the beauty chocolate
  • 300g of tofu silken biological, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons of acer syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder or essence
  • 1 teaspoon of Soluble Mixture Calm

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, stirring occasionally until completely melted. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Drain the tofu carefully so that it does not fall apart and pass it through cold water. Place the tofu in a blender along with the Acer syrup, the vanilla and the mixture Calm.
  3. Add the melted chocolate and beat until a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
  4. Divide the mousse by glasses or bowls and refrigerate until the mousse gains a firmer and thicker texture.
  5. Decorate with red fruits, if desired, and enjoy!
