BOOST COLAGEN BELT LANGUAGE


A quick breakfast with tropical flavors to give energy and quench hunger in the morning.

The secret of this recipe is really Pure beauty, with medicinal plants that protect and stimulate collagen production. Take 1 to 2 teaspoons every day to have the desired effect (firmer, elastic and healthy skin!). 

Ingredients:
1/3 cup oatmeal
1 tablespoon Chia Seed Dessert
2 hands Full of frozen raspberries (or other fruit you like)
vanilla
1 tablespoon tea cardamom
1 and a half cup of vegetable or water 
2 spoons tea Pure beauty
lime scrape
ginger

To serve, optional:
seasonal fruit
coconut chips
seeds
nuts

 Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in a blender glass and beat until you get a mixture with the consistency you like best (some prefer to be creamy, we personally like "texture").

Turn to a bowl and decorate with seasonal fruit. Sprinkle with seeds and nuts if you want an extra boost.
