If you've already started dry body brushing and felt the difference in your skin, then you really need to try the facial brush . It's only been in the store a short time, but it's already one of my favorite tools. This brush is smaller and softer, since it's for massaging the face, where the skin is more delicate.
Help with:
-
Stimulate blood circulation.
-
Reduce puffiness and dark circles - it's great for those who have bags under their eyes, and it's even better when combined with the Eye Kit.
-
Supporting lymphatic drainage prevents lymphatic stagnation, which would otherwise impede the complete removal of toxins through the skin.
-
Removing dead skin cells - A great alternative to overly aggressive exfoliants, which can remove the skin's microbiome.
-
Stimulate skin radiance .
-
Natural facelift. Reduce the appearance of wrinkles and tone the skin.
How to brush your skin?
I recommend doing it first thing in the morning. Rinse your face with water and dry it well with a towel. Then, you can begin your dry brushing, always using upward motions.
-
Start at the chin and make circular motions along the jawline, down to the hairline. Do the same on the cheek area.
-
On the forehead, brush the skin from the eyebrows up to the hairline.
-
Then gently brush around both eyes in a figure-eight motion.
-
Brush your nose and chin, from top to bottom.
-
Finish at the neck, using upward movements on both sides.
Finally, it's essential to moisturize the skin well . I like to do the cleansing with a towel and my favorite serum at the same time, to ensure I remove any dead skin that the brushing may have loosened, while moisturizing the skin simultaneously. At the end, I apply the Regenerating Balm and my skin feels wonderful. I hope you've already introduced this ritual and are seeing great results.
