Açaí and Cocoa Bowl

 This bowl, which can do for breakfast or snack - is full of beauty nutrients and antioxidants that help prevent premature aging and strengthen collagen.

I would say it should be a recipe to consume during these summer months as it prepares the skin for the sun, moisturizing it from the inside out and protecting against harmful UV rays through its antioxidants. Perfect for obtaining energy and elastic and luminous skin.

Serves 2

4 teaspoons of açaí

2 cups of frozen blueberries

2 bananas, frozen

¼ cup of coconut milk, but if you need

3 tablespoons of raw cocoa powder

Toppings

1 banana, sliced 

¼ cup of granola

2 tablespoons goji berries

2 tablespoons of macadamias (or other dry fruit) broken into pieces

2 tablespoons cacao nuggles

2 tablespoons of grated coconut

Pinch of cinnamon powder

Good spoonful of creamy peanut butter

 

Put the acai, blueberries, banana, coconut milk and raw cocoa powder in a liquidifying glass. Beat until you get a thick and creamy mixture. Add more coconut milk if you need to get the desired consistency. Divide by bowls and heals with the toppings to taste.
