Ingredients:
Serves 4 to 6

2 cups of cashews

2 mature but firm avocados

1/2 cup of sweetener to taste (I like to use honey or sucer syrup)

1 LIMA (HUGH AND SHEET)

1/4 cup of coconut cream (the top when the coconut milk can open)

1 teaspoon of Matcha

1 teaspoon of FOCUS

1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger ginger

1 pinch of salt flower
-
1/4 cup of cocoa butter melted or coconut oil
Preparation:
1. Place all ingredients except cocoa butter in a blender cup. Beat until you get a soft, creamy mixture. Add the cocoa butter and beat again.
2. Divide by glasses and store in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until firmer. Sprinkle with more lime scrape before serving.
