Matcha Lime Mousse Recipe

Another recipe for your summer repertoire!

Full of good ingredients (of those who help to get softer skin and more functional metabolism) and medical plants rich in antioxidants for a elastic and luminous skin. This recipe is delicious and full of benefits to the body and mind.

Ingredients:

Serves 4 to 6

  • 2 cups of cashews

  • 2 mature but firm avocados

  • 1/2 cup of sweetener to taste (I like to use honey or sucer syrup)

  • 1 LIMA (HUGH AND SHEET)

  • 1/4 cup of coconut cream (the top when the coconut milk can open)

  • 1 teaspoon of Matcha

  • 1 teaspoon of FOCUS

  • 1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger ginger

  • 1 pinch of salt flower

  • 1/4 cup of cocoa butter melted or coconut oil

 

Preparation:


1. Place all ingredients except cocoa butter in a blender cup. Beat until you get a soft, creamy mixture. Add the cocoa butter and beat again.

2. Divide by glasses and store in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until firmer. Sprinkle with more lime scrape before serving.
