This week was full of cooking and wanted to share with you the best recipes that came out of my kitchen.
Almost daily I do this "Sushi Bowl", even bought sushi rice specific and spices appropriate. I use IKEA frozen salmon. I end up making the recipe when I get back from my son Diogo's basket training. As it is late to warm the oven at most. Seasoning salmon with Teryaki sauce, ponzu and rice vinegar and put in the oven while I do the rice (it takes literally 10 minutes).
I crossed with best brownie recipe always You can see the video and recipe here. This recipe is more CAKEY than Fudgy, but apparently this is how I like it (I always believed it was the most Fudgy)
Attention whoever makes this recipe: The form has to be small, I use a like this. Ovens vary, as I said in the video I made the recipe strictly and next time (yes already made this recipe more often) I let it stay less time in the oven otherwise they are too dry since it has no fat like the other recipes.
I also made a more recipe Old School, Pastels in the oven (the mass is Guarana) of Brazilian presenter Ana Maria Braga.
Guarana Pastel in the Oven
Ingredients
1 cup of guarana soda
500g wheat flour, I used white mirror
300g butter without salt at room temperature
salt to taste
1 beaten egg (for brush)

I put all the ingredients (except the brush egg) in a robot and hit only to mix.

I turned to a flour -sprinkled surface, covered with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes (you can rest until you finished stuffing).

I did with vegetable filling (onion, beet, French garlic, many spinach and fresh thyme). Once well sautéed I let it cool slightly and added the cheese closer to catupiry that can be done here (unless I know) - Creamy.

I put in circles of handed dough and closed.

I brushed with beaten egg and led to the oven (200ºC) to gold.
The mass is simply divine !! And the filling was wonderful. For the kids I did shredded chicken that I also mixed in the cheese cursed.
