Preferably brush the body early in the morning, before bathing and dry skin. Always brush yourself with movements from the bottom up, towards the heart.

1 - Start on your feet and go through your legs and thighs, with circular motions, on the front and behind.

2 - Then massage the belly in circular motions, stimulating the digestive system, moving to the buttocks and back, in ascending movements from the lower back to the neck.

3 - Then brush your arms from your hands to the shoulders. Do not forget the armpit zone, a super important point of the lymphatic system.

4 - Slide the brush from the neck to the shoulders on both sides, and then mass your chest.

Take a shower and, in the end, quickly pass the body through cold water to stimulate blood circulation. Moisturize the skin. Repeat the ritual once a week.
