Helped far beyond the skin

I have sensitive skin and I suffer from migraine and insomnia. I usually do facial massage with Gua Sha before bed and in addition to feeling an improvement in the elasticity and shine of the skin, this ritual helps me a lot to relax my head and neck muscles, which ended up reducing the frequency of headaches And helping me to sleep better!
