Fundamental!

I really enjoyed both the Workshop and the recipes. Increasingly in health is given great importance to the intestine, then comes many diseases such as cancer so it is essential to understand how to maintain a healthy bowel and functioning. Thank you Mafalda!

Indispensable!

I did this workshop about 2 years ago and it was in it that I learned how to make Kombucha (which I've been doing since ;)) and fermented vegetables. I would say it's essential for healthy eating. Mafalda was undoubtedly a pioneer in these things and she is to be congratulated!!! It's always a pleasure to learn from her.

I did not master information about probiotics and fermented foods. I will try to put some suggestions into practice. It would be good to have an ebook available for consultation.
