Put 1/2 teaspoon of matcha to your favorite glass or bowl. Add 1/2 cup of hot water (not boiling) filtered. Beat well in Zig -Zag patterns until the tea dissolves and a beautiful foam appears on the surface - use a bamboo tea mixer for a perfect matcha. You can adjust the amount of matcha or water to your liking.
