Collagen Boost Breakfast

A quick breakfast with tropical flavors to energize and satisfy hunger in the morning.

The secret of this recipe is really the Pure Beautywith medicinal plants that protect and stimulate collagen production. Take 1 to 2 teaspoons every day to have the desired effect (firmer, more elastic and healthy skin!). 

1/3 cup of oatmeal
1 Tablespoon dessert of chia seeds
2 hands handfuls of frozen raspberries (or other fruit you like)
pinch of vanilla
1 tablespoon teaspoon of cardamom
1 and a half cups of vegetable milk or water 
2 tablespoons teaspoon of Pure Beauty
lime zest
small piece of ginger

For serving, optional:
seasonal fruit
coconut flakes


Put all the ingredients in a blender cup and beat until you get a mixture with the consistency you like best, (some people prefer very creamy, we personally like "texture").

Turn into a bowl and garnish with seasonal fruit. Sprinkle with seeds and nuts if you want an extra boost.
