Matcha Latte to increase focus

I'm addicted to this drink and the way it makes me feel, perfect for starting the morning, - apart from its delicious taste, - it gives me energy and inspiration while keeping me focused (the soluble blend of medicinal plants and adaptogens Focus helps us improve mental clarity, concentration and memory).

Matcha Latte Focus

 

RECIPE

Serves 1 to 2 glasses

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of your favorite milk

  • 1 teaspoon of Focus Drink

  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa butter (optional, but relieves stress)

  • Honey to taste

 

Preparation

Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat, do not let it boil. Pour into a blender jug. Add the remaining ingredients and sweetener to taste. Blend until the mixture is creamy and frothy on top. Serve sprinkled with a pinch of matchaif desired.
